Green Sonoma Wine Country Getaway Drawing
Official Rules and Regulations
Enter to win between March 1, 2007 and April
30, 2008. Entries must be received by midnight PST, April 30, 2008.
Winner will be drawn on or about May 15, 2008. Grand Prize (1)
winner will receive 2 nights’ lodging in Sonoma, a dinner gift
certificate, chauffeured winery tour for 2, 2 spa passes and a
shopping gift certificate. All prizewinners will be determined by a
random drawing managed by Addwater2. Prizes are valid until May 15,
2008, excluding peak season months of August, September and October,
holidays and special event periods.
Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and
cannot be substituted. No substitution cash equivalent permitted,
except sponsor retains options to provide a prize of equal or
greater value. Taxes, gratuities, transportation and all other
incidentals are the responsibility of the winner. All prizes must be
claimed within 30 days of the date won or will be forfeited. Winner
will be chosen by a random drawing. Odds of winning depend upon
number of entries received. Winners may be asked to provide proof of
age, residency, identity, and complete an affidavit of eligibility,
liability and publicity release. All contest entries become property
of prize sponsors. The Sonoma Valley Visitors Bureau, Addwater2,
their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their
advertising, promotional agencies assume no responsibility or
liability for damages, loss or injury resulting from participating
in, acceptance or use of the prize. By participating in any contest
and accepting any prize entrants authorize prize sponsors to use
their names, voices, likeness, biographical data and city and state
of residence for promotional reasons and winners list with no
further compensation. Prize sponsors are not responsible for
cancellations due to weather, promoter or performer. Prize sponsors
will not be responsible for errors, problems or delays in the mail
that may prevent entries from reaching their destination. Employees
of the Sonoma Valley Visitors Bureau, Addwater2, and participating
sponsors are not eligible. All decisions of judges are final.
Contest void where prohibited. All federal state and legal laws and
relations apply. Information collected through this promotion is
used solely for the purpose of directing contestants to the Sonoma
Valley Visitors Bureau (SVVB). The SVVB values the privacy of all
contestants and will not share or sell contestant information to
anyone.
